At CartKaro, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.
  • Certain items such as perishables, intimate wear, and digital products are not eligible for return.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at support@cartkaro.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the process.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
  • For COD orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer. Please provide your bank details when contacting support.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving a damaged product with photos as proof.
